 A7 Know which are the biocatalysts (microorganisms, enzymes or other biological systems) responsible for the different biotechnological processes, their main characteristics, and the metabolisms involved.
Understand the fundamentals and design criteria of biotechnology products.
 A9 Know which are the biocatalysts (microorganisms, enzymes or other biological systems) responsible for the different biotechnological processes, their main characteristics, and the metabolisms involved.
 A15 Understand the processes and products of Biotechnology in the various economic sectors and synthesize the bibliographic knowledge about a specific biotechnology process.
