| This course is intended to offer a deep insight into some structural and functional complexities of English, at the level of the phrase, the clause and the sentence. | Activitats Introductòries | The first few classes will be devoted to a review of basic concepts. |
| Sessió Magistral | The lecture-based classes will describe some of the complexities of the English language. Students will be expected to read assigned material before class. There will be a final exam at the end of the term. |
