Descripció general i informació rellevant

1- Engage students on the professional software development in automotive environment. 2- Give students foundations that allow them to start a professional software development career. 3- Give students awareness of the type of automotive electronic modules and the industrial possibilities within the area. 4- Give students insights of how the automotive industry is changing and view of future. This subject should show the theory but be driven by practicing the concepts shown.

Activitats Introductòries	Presentation of the subject. Description of procedures. Reminder of evaluation techniques and criteria.
Sessió Magistral	Presentations in which the theoretica content of the different subjects treated will be explained.
Pràctiques a laboratoris	The subject involves hand-on, pratical work and this will be done during the Lab sessions.
Presentacions / exposicions	Students will need to develop a subject and present their results and conclusions to the class. This will be done in English

Pràctiques a laboratoris

Students will have to prepare in advance and write a report on each pratical exercice.
Students will be assessed on-site based on their performance and also on a written final report.

Presentacions / exposicions

Students will prepare a presentation that discusses in depth a particular aspect of the course. They will give this presentation in front of the class, in English.

Proves mixtes

Students will do multiple-choice test or will need to solve exercices to show they have achieved the learning results and acquired the competences of the course

Marking will be based on test exams and presentations (50% to 60% of the mark) and on the evaluation of practical, laboratory work (40% to 50% of the mark)
