  Description Weight

Short-answer objective tests The theoretical content will be assessed individually through an objective type test. 45%
Others

La participació en el fòrum de preguntes i en l'exposició dels treballs dels companys. La no asistencia a las presentaciones penalizará en la puntuación final de la asignatura (-0.125 puntos por cada día de presentaciones).

Other comments and second exam session

The subject has two calls. The first of them will be held on the day of the last class of the subject at the request of students from previous courses.

The agenda exposed by the classmates in the oral presentations is objective to be asked in both calls.

It is an essential requirement to pass the course to pass all the parts of the assessment with a 5: written work, oral presentation and individual exam.

Attendance is compulsory in at least 80% of the classes. Failure to attend the presentations will penalize the final score of the course (-0.125 points for each day of presentations).

Online model evaluation (in case that the Rovira i Virgili University considers that this online evaluation model is necessary due to the current situation):

1. Evaluation of group work (40%): The work will consist of carrying out a bibliographic review on the existing associations between different food issues and cancer risk. Existing scientific evidence on that topic and also the mechanisms of action involved must be explained. There will be an oral presentation of this work.

2. Participation forum questions in the inverted classes and / or in the oral presentation of the works of the classmates (15%)

3. Evaluation of the individual exam (45%): objective test type test to evaluate the theoretical content of the subject and the group work exposed. The exam will be done online for all students.

During the exams, all devices that aren't authorized for the test must be switched off and stored. Performing a fraudulent activity during an exam, including material, virtual or electronic support will lead to the failing of the test. With independence of this, taking into account the gravity of the facts, the centre will propose the initiation of disciplinary expedient which will be initiated according to the resolution of the rector.
