General description and relevant information <p>GENERAL DESCRIPTION</p><div><br /></div><div>The course will cover different topics developed in the recent years on the international monetary system, the role of expectations and economic policy.</div>

Introductory activities Presentation of the contents of the course and its evaluation.
Lecture The topics to be covered will be presented in class. The students should have read and prepared the readings recommended by the instructor beforehand.
Presentations / oral communications The students will present previously assigned articles or research topics.
Problem solving, exercises in the classroom Exercises will be solved in class. Students should work independently.
Debates Debates will be organized based on the reading material that students will read and prepare beforehand,
Personal attention Students will be able to meet with the instructor during the office hours. Office hours will be communicated to students on the first day of class.
