General description and relevant information

En el cas que l’evolució de la situació sanitària ho requereixi, es procurarà adaptar l'activitat docent i l'avaluació a les directrius que estableixin els organismes pertinents i s'informarà d'aquestes adaptacions a l’espai Moodle de cada assignatura. Les persones, a qualsevol instal·lació o edifici de la URV i de les Institucions Sanitàries on assisteixin, hauran de respectar les mesures d’higiene i seguretat que es dictin en cada moment. L’estudiant s’ha de comprometre a complir aquestes mesures.


To introduce the student in the concept of nursing in other countries reinforcing their general English communication skills and learning specific nursing vocabulary.

This subject is evaluated in a continous manner.

Attendance, attitude and participation will be assessed.

Timely and accurate delivery of all the work will be taken into account.

The final test will combine short, objective and development questions.


The final grade is the average of all the activities proposed during the course (attendance, exercises in class, homework, oral presentations and final test).


An oral presentation of a subject related to International Nursing will give the student a second opportunity to pass his/her evaluation.
