General description and relevant information <p>GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT:Estudiar els diferent tipus de vehicles elèctrics que es desenvoluparan en els propers anys, així com les diferents topologies de convertidors utilitzats. S'estudiarà també les tecnologies utilitzades en els sistemes electrònics i en els accionaments elèctrics dels motors</p>

 EL7 Meet typical converter topologies used in the process of charging and discharging of a battery EV.

Be able to select the most suitable electronic power devices in an electric vehicle.

 B8 Work in a group to draw up reports on the latest innovations in electric vehicles and present them in public.

L'atenció personalitzada es farà a l'aula, al despatx del professor o bé per videoconferència dins l'horari de consulta.

Although this course is not offered in English, foreign exchange students will receive personalised support in English and will be able to develop the evaluation activities in this language.

Other comments and second exam session

- In the second round of assessment It could be evaluated the oral presentation ant the multiple-choice test of the overall contents.

- During the exams students can not use any communication or data transmission device.

Note: The exams will be held in person. In case of lockdown or mobility restrictions caused by the Covid-19 health emergency, the assessment activities, including exams, would be done online on the scheduled dates. Updated information can be found on Moodle (virtual teaching space).
