General description and relevant information Initiation work on advanced research in quaternary archeology and human evolution. The format and content should be closer to that of actual scientific production.

Selection technique
Procedures

El responsable del màster, el professorat del màster i l'alumnat efectuen una reunió per tal de presentar l'oferta de temes i tutors possibles per realitzar el treball de fi de màster. Una vegada expressat l’interès de recerca dels alumnes, amb l'acord de tutor/a i alumne/a s'assignarà un tutor que dirigirà el treball de recerca.  Els tutors dels treballs seran professors del màster d'Arqueologia del Quaternari i Evolució Humana. Hi ha la possibilitat de tindre un segon tutor del mateix professorat o extern a la URV.  El tutor s’escollirà per afinitat de temes entre el professorat del màster.

Mechanisms for coordinating and monitoring the master’s degree thesis
Description
Follow-up of work practices in the external laboratory and coordination of the tutors. The person in charge of the master's degree makes queries at the end of each four-month period to check the state of development of the master's degree project.

In the assessment of the work is also considered the report of the tutor.

The TFM is evaluated in a single and continuous call, without the possibility of a single final assessment.
