General description and relevant information <p> Communication is a process of social interaction that has effects in our relationships in the personal and professional field. In spite of its subjective dimension, the communicative process has been widely analyzed and theorized, so that we can establish theoretical parameters that serve as a starting point for an analysis of the general communicative process and for a better personal praxis. The subject aims to give relevance to the practical application of the communication focused on the business profile of the students of the master's degree. In the development of the subject, the question of interculturality will be especially taken into account and how the communicative process must adapt to culturally diverse contexts. </p>

Methodologies
  Description
Introductory activities Course presentation, cultural introductions.
Lecture Each lecture will introduce and discuss how to effectively manage communications in international offices. The classes will be interactive and will include both teacher-centric and student-centered.
Presentations / oral communications Students will be required to perform a group presentation in front of the class. Additionally, the students will be involved in group discussions and whole class discussions related to the topic.
Assignments Students will be required to do two written assignments.
Personal attention Students are welcome to discuss class-related issues with the instructor during her office hours

Personalized attention
Description

Students can arrange tutoring sessions with the instructor to discuss class-related issues. Prior notification via email is indispensable for the correct arrangement of tutoring sessions.
