General description and relevant information <div>DESCRIPCIÓ GENERAL DE L'ASSIGNATURA: Assignatura dirigida al coneixement dels materials des de un punt de vista tecnològic i a l'estudi del comportament dels materials estructurals sotmesos a esforços mecànics.</div>

Type A Code Competences Specific
 A3 Have the knowledge, understanding and ability to apply the necessary legislation when working in the profession of industrial technical engineer, specialisation in Industrial Electronics.
 RI3 Have knowledge of the fundamentals of the science, technology and chemistry of materials. They will understand the relationship between the microstructure, the synthesis or processing and the properties of materials.
 RI8 Have knowledge of and use the principles of material resistance.

 B3 Be able to solve problems with initiative, make decisions, be creative, use critical reasoning and communicate and transmit knowledge, abilities and skills in the field of industrial engineering, specialising in electricity.

 A3 Know how to use the CTE to calculate elements working with buckling.
 RI3 Know the fundamentals of the science, technology and chemistry of materials; and understand the relationship between the microstructure, the synthesis or processing and the properties of materials.
Know the different structural materials and their applications.
Know how to classify and select the different types of materials.
Know the mechanical properties of the materials and identify the mechanical tests to obtain them.
Know the different heat treatments for materials.
Know the different processes for shaping materials.
Know how to classify the different shaping processes depending on the materials and their mechanical properties.
 RI8 Know and use the principles of material resistance.
Identify the types of stresses and deformations.
Know the relationship between voltage and deformation.
Calculate elements subject to traction/compression.
Acquire the fundamental concepts of flexion.
Be able to calculate voltages in elements working in flexion.

Description

L'atenció personalitzada es realitzarà al Enrique Saavedra Orellana: despatx 207 (situat al departament d'enginyeria mecànica de la ETSEQ) en l'horari de consultes establert.) Maria José Simón: despatx 116 (situat al departament d'enginyeria mecànica de la ETSEQ) en l'horari de consultes establert.). Per alumnes Erasmus, es possible fer una atenció personalitzada en anglès.

Per a la realització de les proves avaluatives no es podran utilitzar calculadores programables ni dispositius amb comunicació i transmissió de dades, els telèfons mòbils, tablets i altres aparells electrònics que no siguin expressament autoritzats per la prova, han d'estar apagats i fora de la vista.

Per a la segona convocatòria hi haurà un examen on entraran tots els continguts de l'assignatura amb un pes del 100% de la nota de la segona convocatòria.

Per poder aprovar l'assignatura, la nota mínima de l'Examen Parcial i Final ha de ser superior a 3 Punts.

Els exàmens es realitzaran de forma presencial. En l'espai Moodle de cada assignatura hi podreu consultar la informació actualitzada.
