General description and relevant information El correcte flux d'informació a les organitzacions resulta molt important per el seu adequat funcionament. En aquesta assignatura comencem estudiant els sistemes de documentació, comunicació i emmagatzematge, tot tenint en compte elements fonamentals com les xarxes de comunicacions, els serveis de directoris i els llocs de treball remots. També estudiem la importància de la informació en els processos de gestió i ens centrem en temes legals, de màrqueting, de finances i de gestió de clients. Finalment, l'assignatura també toca temes relacionats amb la gestió de la informació en entorns específics.
