General description and relevant information <p>The information published in this guide corresponds to face-to-face classes and can serve as a guide. Due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19 there may be changes in teaching, assessment and calendars for the 2020-21 academic year. These changes will be reported in the Moodle space of each subject.</p><p>GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT: El correcte flux d'informació a les organitzacions resulta molt important per el seu adequat funcionament. En aquesta assignatura comencem estudiant els sistemes de documentació, comunicació i emmagatzematge, tot tenint en compte elements fonamentals com les xarxes de comunicacions, els serveis de directoris i els llocs de treball remots. També estudiem la importància de la informació en els processos de gestió i ens centrem en temes legals, de màrqueting, de finances i de gestió de clients. Finalment, l'assignatura també toca temes relacionats amb la gestió de la informació en entorns específics. </p>

El professor dona suport personalitzat als alumnes durant la preparació de les presentacions i els treballs. Tota l'atenció personalitzada es farà mitjançant eines telemàtiques promovent la no presenvialitat - MSTeams, email, etc..

Sempre que sigui possible l'avaluació de la segona convocatòria es farà de forma personalitzada i a distància mitjançant un examen/entrevista oral a través de MSTeams, que comptarà el 100% de la nota i inclourà preguntes teòriques, pràctiques i d'exposició.
