Conèixer l'ecologia del sòl i la importància dels organismes en el mateix i en el desenvolupament de les plantes.
Conèixer les tècniques vitícoles de maneig de la vinya, sistemes de conducció apropiats, en la plantació i les operacions anuals de manteniment del cultiu per tal d'aconseguir la màxima qualitat del raïm.

Internships at the Constantí estate of the URV or in the Faculty's laboratory
The practices are: analysis of soil microbiota, placement of pheromones and characterization of adventitious grasses
At the end of the practical session, a report with results and interpretation must be written within 15 days
Attendance at the practices and completion of the report is mandatory for all students. In case of repeating the subject for the 3rd time, a theoretical exam will be conducted on the subject of the practice, in addition to the examination of the corresponding call
Weather conditions can change the calendar of the same

Assignments |
At the end of the first part of the subject (subjects 1, 2 and 3) there will be an exhibition on Viticulture Models, and wines produced according to different methodologies will be tasted (Tasting room of the Faculty of Enology).
At the end of the second part of the subject, a calendar will be made according to the presence of pests and diseases in a specific vineyard
Both activities are mandatory, and failure to hand in the work or attend the presentation will result in a grade of 0 (Not Presented) |

The minimum grade to make an average must be 4.5. In the exams of the 2nd call it will be mandatory to get a 5. The final grade will be calculated according to: 15% Assignments (practical reports) + 10% Oral tests (presentation of Viticulture Models and pest and disease calendar) + 75% Notes partial theoretical exams If the subject is suspended, it will be mandatory to repeat the internship the following year. In cases of repetition of the subject for the 3rd time, there will be written tests on the practices, without the attendance of the practices being mandatory. During the evaluation tests, mobile phones, tablets and other devices that are not expressly authorized by the test must be switched off and out of sight. Demonstrably fraudulent completion of any assessment activity of any subject, both in physical and virtual and electronic support, will result in the student receiving a failing grade for this assessment activity. Regardless of this, given the seriousness of the facts, the center can propose the initiation of a disciplinary file, which will be initiated by resolution of the rector . |
