General description and relevant information Should there be a health emergency that requires the general public to be confined or which involves restricted mobility during the academic year, we shall attempt to adapt teaching and assessment. Should this situation arise, information about any changes will be given on the Moodle space for every subject.

Historical roots of wine production: past and future.
Origins: The Roman Empire. The Arab invasion. The middle ages. Intensive agriculture in the 16th-18th centuries. The phylloxera and the agricultural, social and economic changes that were derived from it.
Intangible heritage in different areas. The international recognition by UNESCO. Heritage festivals, Human towers, Popular Retinue, Popular dances
Local cuisine.
