Methodologies
  Description
Introductory activities Presentation of the subject. Review of the concepts of Statics of the rigid solid
Lecture Development of the main theoretical concepts using TIC and blackboard techniques
Problem solving, exercises in the classroom Practical development of the concepts acquired in the lectures through the detailed resolution of practical problems
PBL (Problem Based Learning) Solving a project using Agile methodology throughout the semester and in teams of 5 students.
Presentations / oral communications The student team will present the work done using Agile methodology.
Personal attention Resolution of doubts and explanation of concepts not sufficiently achieved.

Personalized attention
Description

Personalized attention will be held by video conference (Teams), and/or face-to-face, at times agreed between student and teacher. To request an appointment for personalized attention, an email should be sent to the teacher.

The student is reminded of the convenience of using these hours.

Other comments and second exam session

First call:

The average of the grade of the 2 development tests must be equal to or greater than 4 to be able to average with the rest of the grades of the continuous assessment subject. In addition, the minimum grade of the second development test must be greater than or equal to 3.5 to be able to average with the other continuous assessment grades.

The second part of the subject covers the entire contents.

Second call:

In the event that a student has actively participated in the continuous assessment (PBL result>6.5), the results obtained from the assessment tests during the course will count, if they are favorable, in the final grade of the second call.

During the tests, mobile phones, tablets and other electronic devices that are not expressly authorized by the teacher must be switched off and out of sight.

Second time students:

In the event that a student obtains a result of PBL>6.5, he/she may choose to validate this part of the course to be repeated.
