General description and relevant information | The "Interpersonal Communication" is a core competency in work and personal life. On the one hand, it helps us to meet our practical needs. Decide who will pick up the kids at school; claim that data we need to complete the report, to help our doctor make an accurate diagnosis, and so on. On the other hand, it is the means by which we create, build and maintain good relationships with others. We are happier when we feel connected to others when we are part of a community. Not surprisingly, one of our deepest needs of human beings is to belong. The ancient Greeks had it so clear that they knew that the worst punishment he could infringe upon a citizen was ostracism: the exile of his polis.Because of the termination of the course you are studying, this subject is driven by tutorship.
