General description and relevant information Les pràctiques acadèmiques externes constitueixen una activitat de naturalesa formativa realitzada pels estudiants universitaris a les empreses i supervisada per les universitats. L'objectiu és permetre als estudiants aplicar i complementar els coneixements adquirits en la seva formació acadèmica, afavorint l'adquisició de competències que els preparin per a l'exercici d'activitats professionals, facilitin la seva ocupabilitat i fomentin la seva capacitat d'emprenedoria.

 A1.1 Effectively apply knowledge of basic, scientific and technological materials pertaining to engineering.

Introductory activities Getting in contact with students both to gather information and present the subject.
Coordination and monitoring mechanisms Explaining the mechanisms of coordination and follow up of students by internal placement tutor as well as external placement tutor.
Practicum Doing a fixed-term stay in the company, performing the duties assigned and scheduled in the training agreement

Es durà a terme una coordinació interna (per part de la universitat) i una coordinació externa (per part del centre de pràctiques).
Description

The tutor will specify the work taskes together with the student and the company to determine if the placement description fits the profile and level established  for the work placements. These tasks are reflected in the tutor training project which will record the follow-up actions, as described in the student guide.

Other comments and second exam session

Subject that by its practical character has only one evaluation call (by default in June). Students can anticipate the call to January or delay it to September if necessary, by application to the secretariat of the ETSEQ. There is no additional examen call for students enrolling this course.

OBSERVATIONS: There will be only one exam session for this subject. There will be no opportunity for students to retake the exam in a subsequent exam session.
