General description and relevant information <p>During the academic year 2020-21 this subject will exceptionally be taught online, except the final assessment tests that will be face-to-face. The assessment will be in this exceptional period according the section `Assessment. Other comments and second call” by the title: ASSESSMENT ONLINE TEACHING 2020-21 COURSE.</p><p> GENERAL DESCRIPTION. The course is designed to introduce and study the regulatory framework applicable to enterprises in regard of Spanish and EU Competition Law. </p>

  Description
Introductory activities Activities designed to introduce the subject to students and also get to know their previus knowledge of the subject.
Lecture Description of the contents of the subject.
Assignments Individual papers and/o assignments to be handed out by the students. They will be expected to apply practical knowledge in one specific subject of the course.
Practical cases/ case studies One real or imaginary case in which students will have to provide a founded an educated solution to the problem at hand.

All evaluation activities in all Calls must be in English.

In Second Call the student will be examined of the whole content of the subject for 100% of the grade in the dates to be publish in the official calendar.

ASSESSMENT ONLINE TEACHING 2020-21 COURSE

This academic year the evaluation in the first call will combine:

- online tests

- final tests that will be carried out face-to-face at the end of the semester.
