General description and relevant information
The course is scheduled to be taught in person and this presence will be maintained if the regulations that may be issued by the health authorities and other competent bodies do not say otherwise, and the capacity requirements allow it. If there are changes they will be reported to the Moodle space of the subject.

Construction II is focused on: - The introduction of conventional and industrialized elements and systems of construction, finishes, dimensional organization, assembly methods, modular coordination and the analysis of the constructive components in different works, in construction and finished. Focusing on the elements and constructive systems with their environment (external and internal), related to the properties of the materials used in the different systems. - The first contact with the constructive detail, trying to draw by hand all the constructive solutions. - The understanding that elements and systems evolve from a logical construction based on the best use (efficiency) of the environment. Relating it to the concept of sustainability and maintenance. - The knowledge of vocabulary related to construction, in order to use a precise technical language related to the one used by the different regulations. - Schedule the connection with the students designs, commenting on constructive details on the issues raised, relating the interest in the investigation with the rationality and the real possibility of the proposals.
