Tema 1. |
Introducció. Nanomaterials: concepte i tipologia. Aproximacions metodològiques a la preparació de nanomaterials: síntesi (ascendent Bottom up) i fabricació (descendent top down). Classificació dels mètodes de síntesi i organització. Importància de la química supramolecular i separació de fases com a eines sintètiques. |
Tema 2. |
Nanoestructures de dimensió zero: nanopartícules. Nucleació homogènia: factors que determinen el creixement. Nucleació heterogènia: sputtering, oxidació tèrmica. Síntesi controlada cinèticament: micel•les, spray pyrolisi, mètodes dirigits per plantilla. Síntesi covalent iterativa i auto-ensamblatge. Mètodes complementaris: Sonoquímica, microones, fluïts comprimits. |
Tema 3. |
Nanoestructures de dimensió u: nanofils, nanovaretes i nanotubs. Creixement cristal•lí. Síntesis basada en efecte plantilla: deposició electroquímica i electroforética. Síntesi covalent i auto-ensamblatge. Derivatització. |

Nanoestructures de dimensió dos: capes primes. Deposició física de vapors (PVD). Deposició química de vapors (CVD). Deposició de capa atòmica (ALD). Deposició capa per capa. Films Langmuir-Blodgett. Deposició electroquímica. Films sol-gel. Síntesi basada en plantilla. Monocapes auto-ensamblades. |

Aplicació dels mètodes de síntesi i organització a l’obtenció de nanomaterials. Polímers, zeolites, materials nano- micro- i mesoporosos, nanocomposits, materials nanocristallins, materia toba. |
