 There will be 3 written essays in which the student will have to demonstrate that she/he has read the literary texts of the programme and can interrelate them with the main theoretical (cultural and literary) background.

Critical thinking and the use of good grammar will be essential. 		10%

Those students who fail the 1st sitting (1a convocatoria or continuous assessment), and also those who do not come to the classes, will have a 2nd opportunity (2a. convocatoria) to pass this module. The contents for this second sitting will be the same, that is to say, those mentioned in the programme. For these students there will be 2 written essays to be done in 2 hours. Relevant information, grammar and critical thinking will be essential to pass the course.
