The center contacting the companies that have usually accepted trainees, will ask those companies for their availability in hosting trainees from ETSEQ and if this is the case to define the desired student and work placement profile.
The center has a database with the students CV, established from their application. Students will get information on the companies from the database and the companies from the students applicants. In this way, the selection process is started.
Alongside students can find by their own means companies to carry out work placements, provided these meet the profile required for the degree. In this case, the student will notify the center so that it can prepare the specific partnership agreement.
The company is responsible for the selection process based on the information provided by the center and contacts made with students. Once companies have reached an agreement with the student, they fill out and send the request to formalize the agreement . In this application, the company specifies among other data, the supervisor of the company (external placement tutor).
The coordinator of work placements assigns each student an (internal) academic tutor, who follows and evaluates the placement of the student. The communication to students of their academic tutors asignment is via URV email.
