General description and relevant information |
This course is held in person. Only in case of lockdwon caused by the Covid-19, the academic activity will be done on line following the scheduled timetable. This course consists of three main blocks: 1) symmetry and molecular spectroscopy, 2) the study and calculation of macroscopic properties of matter from microscopic data (Statistical mechanics), 3) chemical kinetics and reaction rate theories of elemental reactions, complex reaction mechanisms, including catalysis, reaction profiles and kinetic equations.
