General description and relevant information Initially and whenever possible, teaching will be done face-to-face. In case of a health emergency that requires people to be confined or implies mobility restrictions during this academica year, the teaching activity and the evaluation will be adapted so that it can be carried out on-line via Moodle platform in accordance with the guidelines established by the universities, and laboratory practices will be postponed until they can be done. If this situation occurs, the modifications will be reported in the Moodle space.

General concepts related to quality in the analytical laboratory. Documentation of the quality management and management of samples and equipment. Validation of analytical methodologies. Traceability and uncertainty. Implementation of a quality system in analytical laboratories: tools and methodology.
