To know the cardiovascular risk factors. Global cardiovascular risk assessment and integral intervention on different risk factors based on therapeutic changes in lifestyle including dietary adjustments, physical activity and smoking habit.
• Which ones are the main cardiovascular risk factors? •Which are the bases of lipid metabolism? • How are they involved in the development of vascular injury? • Which are the scientific evidences?
• To calculate cardiovascular risk • To determine therapeutic goals • To define an action plan for therapeutic changes of lifestyle • To know how to implement the preventive recommendations. • To plan monitoring and control.
