General description and relevant information |
This course introduces methods and tools to describe, analyze and extract statistical conclusions from health data. It presents 4 major statistical area: Advanced Regression Analysis, Survival Analysis, Bayesian Analysis and causal Inference. For each one the main areas of application are discussed and the relevant libraries in R are introduced. The course prepares the students to identify the best method in several particular scenarios. |
