 A1 Know and critically evaluate the sources and scientific literature on medical anthropology, the history of science, global health and fields related to health, illness and caring processes.
Have essential theoretical and methodological knowledge about medical anthropology, including ethical and gender aspects.
Be able to critically analyse the sources and the scientific literature on public health, the history of science, global health and fields related to health, illness and caring processes.
 A2 Know and be able to use the technical and methodological instruments currently used in basic and applied research into medical anthropology, global health and other fields related to health, illness and caring processes.

 CT2 Recognise the situation as a problem in a multidisciplinary, research or professional environment, and take an active part in finding a solution.
Follow a systematic method with an overall approach to divide a complex problem into parts and identify the causes by applying scientific and professional knowledge.
Design a new solution by using all the resources necessary and available to cope with the problem.
Draw up a realistic model that specifies all the aspects of the solution proposed.
Assess the model proposed by contrasting it with the real context of application, find shortcomings and suggest improvements.
