Evaluation Teaching Unit Hospital Joan XXIII 2023-24

The course will be taught in Catalan and/or Spanish.

1. Seminars (10%)

· Evaluation seminar groups. (10%)

. Participation in ALL seminars is mandatory. Placenta previa DPPNI, III T hemorrhage, and neck cancer will be scored.

2. Practices: (mandatory) 20%

. Presentation of the Clinical Case (10%)

· Have 5 of the 10 practice items completed: essential to pass the practices.

· Mannequin practices (5%)

. Evaluation Attitudes/Capacities: Punctuality/Attendance, Motivation, Communication (before the patient and family/medical team) and Teamwork (5%)

3. Exam:

· Partial Obstetrics: (35%) 65 test questions There is a penalty of 0.25 for wrong answer and a maximum % 10 for blank answers. The approved will be in a 6.

· Partial Gynecology: (35%) 60 test questions. There is a penalty of 0.25 per wrong answer and a maximum % 10 for blank answers. The approved will be in a 6.

4. Final Obstetrics and Gynecology:

· Both the Obstetrics and Gynecology exam will consist of a multiple choice exam with 40 questions. Failed questions do not subtract. The evaluation will be: > 24-29 approved; 30-34 noticeable; 35-40 excellent

5. Evaluation:

. To pass the subject: It is necessary to pass the two parts separately (obstetrics and gynecology) + Attend Seminars + Attend practices with presentation of 5 items carried out + Clinical Case + Mannequin Pract
