Presentations / oral communications There will be a final presentation where the student will expose the analysis of a scientific article related to functional foods in-group form.
Seminars Realization of real practical cases, identification of functional foods currently marketed, and research in the field of functional foods.
Lecture Master classes will explain the theory that appears in the program of the subject.
