General description and relevant information |
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT The different energy resources, including renewables,
for the agri-food industry are made known, analysing, and reviewing the use of
energy and energy technologies. The main thermal engines, their benefits and
applications for power production, cogeneration and refrigeration are
described. Applications are also studied to increase their energy efficiency
and reduce their impact on the environment. |
