General description and relevant information |
Laboratory course. Learning the methodology for the determination of stationary points and their characterization, using group theory and quantum chemistry computation programs. Experimental determination of kinetic constants and of equilibrium constants. Use of iterative methods for improving results as an example of the scientific method. Analysis of the improvement based on calculated errors. The practical laboratory classes will preferably be held in person with a scheduled time, taking into account the capacity of the laboratories and the limitations encountered by Covid-19 or another health emergency situation. The specific organization will be noted in the Moodle space of the course depending on the health emergency situation. |
