| General description and relevant information |
To learn the structure and catalytic performance of enzymes. To describe the main techniques for the production and purification of enzymes as well as the conditions for the optimization of their catalytic activity. Finally, to know the main analytical and industrial applications of enzymes. Teaching will be mixed (face-to-face and
distance) during the scheduled hours. In face-to-face classes, if the number of
students enrolled is greater than the capacity allowed in the assigned
classroom, teaching will be done simultaneously in person and online. The
specific organization will be specified in the Moodle space of the subject
depending on the health emergency situation. |
