General description and relevant information | Conèixer els principis de funcionament de sensors per a senyals òptics, mecànics, tèrmics, magnètics i (bio)químics construits mitjançant la tecnologia de microsistemes. Conèixer els desenvolupaments dins la nanociència i la nanotecnologia per a noves generacions de sensors.
