General description and relevant information |
This course analyzes the nature of the innovation process, as well as the role of the technology and the knowledge management in innovative companies. The lessons review the fundamental concepts of innovation, the process of innovation in technological companies, innovation through company's merges and/or acquisitions, how to manage the knowledge and how to manage the innovation. |
