General description
International Finance is designed to provide knowledge and skills needed in financial management. Upon course completion, the participants will understand and appreciate the international financial issues that companies face when they operate in the international context. The course will develop both the theoretical foundation and practical skills of those who will operate in an increasingly globalised business environment. It focuses on a practical understanding of foreign exchange markets, international monetary markets and international capital markets and also covers various international financial management issues, which are essential for those who are engaged and active in international business management.

Other observations:

In the first sitting, students will be evaluated with the continuous assessment items described:

20% Oral presentation exam

20% FOREX simulation practice

60% Final exam (mixed exam) with minimum grade required as 3 out of 10.


Second call:

Students who do not pass the first sitting will have the option to take an exam in the second sitting, which the 2nd sitting exam grade will be accounted as 100% of the overall course grade.
