General description
This course provides students with practical and theoretical insights into the legal frameworks and operational tools that govern international business activities. Special focus is placed on the legal aspects of international transactions, trade contracts, transport law, dispute resolution, and financial instruments, with particular attention to European and global standards.

Other observations:

All evaluative activities (written or spoken) in all Calls (1st., 2nd, additional) must be made/presented in English.

During the performance of the evaluation tests the student/student may not carry any type of communication, transmission and storage device that is not expressly authorized for the test. The demonstrably fraudulent performance of some evaluative test in both material and electronic form shall result in the rating of suspense in that evaluative test.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS AND VERIFICATION TESTS

The use of artificial intelligence tools must strictly adhere to the instructions of the teaching staff and, in any case, must be declared. Unauthorized, excessive, or undeclared use in the completion of assessment activities is contrary to the principles of academic integrity and results in a failing grade for the activity, without prejudice to the application of other disciplinary measures in accordance with the Academic Regulations for Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees and the URV Student Disciplinary Regulations.

The teaching staff may, at any time, establish additional mechanisms to verify authorship and to require the defense or oral explanation of the submitted activities and/or assessment tests.

Second call:

The percentage obtained from the practical tests or presentations in First Call will not be saved for the Second Call.

Second Call exams will be held on the same day and will consist of two tests: One short-answers test (70%) and one practical test (30%).
